Rebecca Blood
I’ve just discovered Rebecca Blood through watching the Screen Savers on TechTV. She’s the author of The Weblog Handbook. Her site contains a blog, of course, but it’s hard-coded and is not powered by any blogging software - at least, not at the time this is being written. She’s has interesting views on various topics and you’ll also find some longer written pieces on her site. I would highly recommend reading her take on the what and why of weblogs.
