jikon : know what u mean. if only money grows on trees. a friend reminded me again : hi-tech gadgets depreciates over time but jewellery will appreciate. big hint to me.

everyone loves money for sure. and everyone wish for lots of money all the time… ok most of the time.
wena, although i know the value of high tech gadget would depreciate but jewellery appreciate, but i don’t know why i prefer high tech gadgets to jewellery. i don’t really have a liking for jewellery.
“if only money grows on tree” is the famous phrase my mum like to use on me when i was a kid/school girl. more correctly it was “you think money grows on tree eh?”… used on me when i pestered mum to buy certain things.
for me, the phrase was “ingat mesin cap duit ke?” (you think i’m a money-printing machine ah?).
