Here’s a little story.
You are walking by a deep well when you discover that someone had fallen into it. Do you:
- (a) pay no heed and walk on by;
- (b) be voyeuristic, listen to how s/he fell into the well and then quietly go on your own way;
- (c) hurl insults, tell him/her how stupid s/he is and spit on him/her;
- (d) throw down a rope and help him/her to get out?
What do you do?

first ah…where got deep well in KL one?
maybe longkang got la..which I actually encountered before. But that girl’s leg got stuck in the grill cover, not actually falling into it. A lot of people were standing around when I got there. When I got there, I asked her for moisturizer and smeared it on her legs and pulled her out.
Meanwhile all the other people were just still standing there. A lot of B’s around…
Hey Jikon, ignore ignore ignore the nasty comments! You’re doing a good job, and writing is one of the best remedies for when feeling down. If it upsets or irritates anyone then that’s their problem entirely, no? Surely to post comments on a blog they think is “loserish” only makes them more so and they can take their precious, elevated behinds somewhere else!
I’d ask her if her name was Sadako first… :S
It depends a lot on who the person is in the first place. If I know for sure that the person in the well deserves to be there, I’ll probably do (b), otherwise, I’ll probably do a (d).
Life’s like that, and I can be vindictive.

(e) inform someone else that someone had fallen in the well and asked that someone to help her/him.
and if that someone else wouldn’t want to help her/him, then it’s not my fault.
haha. that’s the typical me passing the responsibility to someone else.
First reaction: I’d help them, but I’ll try to get another person to help me pull too.
Haven’t you watched “The Ring”? See this creepy girl called Sadako with evil telekinetic powers was thrown into a well by her father and erm… something to do with a videotape that kills the viewer after 7 days.
Actually ah…Jikon ah… the most “jijik” thing was smearing the cream all over her legs.. YYYYUUCCCKKKKSSSS…contact on a girl’s skin… EEEEEEE JIJIK!
